Addactis strengthens its P&C business with the arrival of Diarra Fall. She will be responsible for developing Addactis’ entire P&C offering (consulting, software solutions and Data/AI offerings) and accelerating its roll-out to insurers and reinsurers.

Diarra FALL, 41, a qualified actuary and EURIA graduate (2008), joins Addactis as Head of P&C, Expertises, Solutions & Data/AI. She will be responsible for developing the P&C consulting offering, leading the teams and supporting P&C clients in their Data & AI projects, in France and internationally.

With nearly 20 years of experience in actuarial science, data and artificial intelligence, she began her career in actuarial consulting at firms including EY, Towers Watson, and Sia Partners, before founding and growing Gradiant, a consulting firm specialising in Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Throughout her career, she has developed a unique combination of expertise, bringing together a significant understanding of the insurance industry and extensive experience in Data & AI transformation. She has supported numerous organizations in their transformation journeys, from strategy definition through to operational implementation, consistently placing business challenges and value creation at the core of her approach.
This appointment is part of the strategy pursued by Addactis: combining high-level actuarial expertise with hands-on command of proven software solutions and artificial intelligence, to address its clients’ actuarial and regulatory transformation challenges.
