The requirements of our clients, but also and above all the commitment we make to ensuring the security and confidentiality of their data, place this subject at the heart of our concerns and actions. All of the ADDACTIS Group’s employees are experienced specialists in actuarial data processing and are highly aware of the need to protect personal data.

The European regulation, commonly known as GDPR (Anglo-Saxon abbreviation) or RGPD (French abbreviation) or aims at reinforcing the security and the protection of these data processed by the companies in the European Union.

This Charter informs users and visitors to the website addactis.com, in a concise, understandable and easily accessible format, of the processing of their personal data.

ADDACTIS Group, registered at the Banque-Carrefour of Enterprises (Register of legal persons in Brussels) under the company number 0537.718.411 and whose head office is located at Avenue Louise, 120 – 1050 Brussels – Belgium, the ultimate holding company of the Group named ADDACTIS is the site publisher and the Data controller in charge of processing personal data for the addactis.com website.

The processing relating to the conservation, publication, distribution and constitution of production archives, is based on the Group ADDACTIS’ legitimate interest to conserve, exploit, distribute and historicise its marketing productions.	Recording of marketing webinars and videoconferences: 5 years, plus the time needed to record and archive marketing productions ; Chat log 6 months ; Information on the participants: duration of presence in the client/prospect contact database (prospects: 3 years from the last incoming contact; clients: 5 years from the end of the mandate given to ADDACTIS

Recipients of your data

Your Personal Data collected within the framework of our services and the use of this website are processed exclusively within the departments of the Group ADDACTIS.
None of your Personal Data may be transferred to third parties.
In the event of recourse to Data processor, we conclude contracts with them that strictly define the terms and conditions of the processing and the guarantees that must be implemented regarding the protection of Personal Data, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Data Transfers

If, on an exceptional basis, transfers of Personal Data were to take place outside the European Union, they would be subject to appropriate safeguards, in particular by having recourse to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Personal Data security

An Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP) is implemented within the entities belonging, specifically adapted to the nature of the data processed and the activities of the Group Addactis. Appropriate physical, logical and organisational security measures are provided to ensure the confidentiality of the data, and in particular to prevent any unauthorized access.

Exercising your rights

In accordance with the law in force, you have :

the right of access to your Personal Data that we process ;
the Right to request the rectification of your Personal Data if it is incomplete or inaccurate ;
the right to erasure of your Personal Data ;
the right to limit the processing of your Personal Data ;
the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, unless there is a compelling reason, without limitation

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority of Data Protection if you do not receive a response to the exercise of your rights within 30 days.

Revision of the Charter

We may amend this Personal Data Protection Charter, particularly in the event of changes in the way we process Personal Data or in the applicable regulations on the protection of Personal Data.
