Franck PIVERT
Chief Executive Officer, Addactis
Franck PIVERT (53), a graduate of the École des Mines de Paris (1993) and former Navy officer, began his career in a demanding environment that forged his leadership, operational rigor, and decision-making skills. As an entrepreneur, he created and managed several companies (Bright, Epizootie) before joining McKinsey & Company in 2001, where he supported financial institutions with their growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation challenges.
In 2006, he continued his career in the insurance sector (Allianz France, Allianz Partners, Wakam), where he held management positions in organization, strategy, and business development, before co-founding Swiss 6022 (2024), a company specializing in artificial intelligence and blockchain solutions applied to insurance and financial services.
Franck also acts as an advisor to several start-ups in the insurtech ecosystem.
Franck PIVERT joins Addactis and its teams with the determination to support the group in its ambition to become the leading RiskTech partner for insurers and reinsurers in Europe and Latin America.

Fabrice BROSSARD

With more than 25 years of experience in insurance and consulting, and a career focused on strategy, organizational transformation, and business development, Fabrice BROSSARD has a solid understanding of the technological and insurance challenges involved in strengthening the Group’s go-to-market strategy.
Fabrice BROSSARD (54), a graduate of EDHEC in Lille (1993), began his career in consulting in 1995 (Accenture, McKinsey & Company), where he supported numerous companies in the financial services and insurance sectors on issues of strategy, operational efficiency, and technological transformation.
From 2007, he took on management responsibilities in strategy, operations, and technology at insurance groups in Europe, including Zurich Financial Services in Switzerland, AXA in France, and Generali in Italy.
Since 2019, Fabrice has held management positions in consulting and business development (Accenture, iQO) before more recently collaborating with mea, an AI agent platform specializing in insurance, to promote its development in France and continental Europe.
Fabrice joins Addactis with the conviction that the Group has many assets to meet the European and international challenges of transformation in the sector and to play a leading role in this evolution.
