Pascal MIGNERY, CEO appointed Virak NOU as President & COO
The new Group Management Team is led by Pascal MIGNERY – founder of the group in 1993 – Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of ADDACTIS Group.
At his side, Virak NOU is appointed President & Chief Operating Officer to lead the deployment of the Group’s global activities.
Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE, certified actuary of the French Institute of Actuaries, Virak started his career as a French Insurance Supervisor in charge of the supervision of more than 20 insurance companies and involved in the negotiation of the pillar I technical specifications of Solvency II.
He spent 2 years in a Hedge Fund as quantitative analyst before joining ADDACTIS France in 2009. During 7 years, Virak was Equity Partner in charge of the life insurance practice including Solvency II models, portfolio valuation, M&A, ALM modeling or Risk Management.
After leading the development of the group worldwide since 2019 as CEO of ADDACTIS Worldwide, his new position as President & COO is a recognition of his rigor, commitment and ability to lead the Addactis teams to respond ever more efficiently to the major challenges of the insurance sector.
They rely on 2 Executive Vice Presidents, Delphine JEAN, Chief Financial Officer and Pierre ARNAL, in charge of Strategy and Alliances and 4 Senior Vice Presidents:
- Javier APARICIO, Head of Business Development, Chief Growth Officer;
- Franck COLLIGNON, at the head of the Products and Technology department, Chief Products & Technology Officer;
- Carol NERIEUX, as Chief Marketing & Communication Officer;
- Céline BLATTNER, CEO ADDACTIS France
The GMT’s aim is to further strengthen synergies between Addactis’ Market Units and allow ADDACTIS France’s consulting expertise to spread and feed Addactis’ global solutions.
To this end, Laurent DEVINEAU is entrusted with a transversal mission to drive the R&D program as Chief Innovation Officer.
