Cristina CABANAS SERRAT, a graduate of the Universidad de Navarra (1986), joins Addactis as Regional Head of Sales Iberia. She is responsible for business development in Spain and Portugal.

After more than 25 years of experience driving growth for providers such as Guidewire, msg life, FintechOS, and integrators including Atos, Bull, atmira and Entelgy, Cristina joins the Addactis team and takes on the role of Sales Director for the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal) with a clear ambition: to strengthen sales performance and consolidate Addactis’ regional presence.
Throughout her career, she has led sales teams, implemented sustainable growth plans, and strengthened strategic relationships with major players in the insurance market. Her in-depth knowledge of the sector and results-oriented vision will be essential in accelerating Addactis’ development in Spain and Portugal.
Over the years, I’ve learned so much about the insurance industry, about transformation at scale, and about what it truly means to deliver value to clients in a constantly evolving market. It has been a journey of growth, challenge, and continuous learning.
Now, I’m thrilled to take the next step with Addactis, a company deeply rooted in the insurance business, with a disruptive and forward-thinking vision for an industry that is transforming at an incredible speed. The future of insurance requires new approaches, bold thinking, and profiles ready to embrace complexity and change and I’m excited to be part of this journey.
